- -A/C NOT BLOWING COLD. -FOUND SYSTEM LOW ON REFRIGERANT -INSPECTED FOR LEAKS AND FOUNT THE LINE FROM THE COMPRESSOR TO THE CONDENSER LEAKING (LARGE AMOUNT OF DYE BUILDUP) *RECOMMEND REPLACEMENT OF THE A/C LINE FROM THE COMPRESSOR TO THE CONDENSER AND RECHARGING THE SYSTEM. -NO MODE DOOR ACTUATOR FUNCTION (NO FLOOR OR DEFROST CONTROLS) -SCANNED FOR ANY CODES B1086 AIR DISTRIBUTION DAMPER MOTOR *RECOMMEND STARTING WITH REPLACEMENT OF THE MODE DOOR ACTUATOR AND RETEST
- AIR COND HOSE – Remove & Replace – 2.0L Eng Front,Compressor To Condensor – [Includes: R&I Front Bumper Cover.] – [NOTE: For Manifold and Tube Assembly, refer to Manifold & Tube Assembly – R&R DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System evacuate or charge
- AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM – Complete Charge – All Applicable Models – [Includes: Air Conditioning system recover, evacuate and recharge.]
- REAR SHOCK ASSEMBLY – Remove & Install or Remove & Replace – Both – [DOES NOT include disassemble or alignment.]
- REMOVE AND REPLACE BOTH SCHRADER VALVES (SERVICE PORT VALVES)
- REMOVE AND REPLACE CABIN AIR FILTER
- Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check alignment of all four wheels. Adjust caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels. Center steering wheel
- Service air conditioner. Check condition of all belts and lines. Evacuate and recharge with R-134.
