UPON PULLING VEHICLE INTO SHOP ALSO NOTICED VEHICLE WAS HAVING A SPLUTTER AS WELL – SCANNED VEHICLE FOR CODES AND FOUND CODES: P0304/CYLINDER #4 MISFIRE – UPON FURTHER INSPECTION OF MISFIRE, PULLED UP VEHICLES MISFIRE LIVE DATA AND FOUND THAT THERE WAS AN ACTIVE MISFIRE ON CYLINDER #4 – PROCEEDED TO THEN SWITCH OVER CYLINDER #4 SPARK PLUG TO CYLINDER #6 AND CYLINDER #4 IGNITION COIL TO CYLINDER #2 AND INSPECTED VEHICLES MISFIRE LIVE DATA ONCE AGAIN AND FOUND THAT THE MISFIRE HAS NOW TRANSFERRED OVER TO CYLINDER #2 WHERE CYLINDER #4 IGNITION COIL WAS MOVED TO – BASED ON MISFIRE MOVING TO CYLINDER #2 BECAUSE OF IGNITION COIL BEING SWITCHED FROM CYLINDER #4, IT IS EVIDENT THAT VEHICLES IGNITION COILS ARE GOING BAD AND WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED AT THIS TIME BEFORE CONTINUING WITH CUSTOMERS OTHER CONCERN OF BRAKES SHUTTERING GOING DOWN HILL WHEN BRAKING * AT THIS TIME OF DIAGNOSIS, RECOMMEND REPLACEMENT OF ALL SIX IGNITION COILS AND RETEST FOR ANY OTHER MISFIRES THAT MAY BE PRESENT
    • -TOOK VEHICLE FOR TEST DRIVE AND CONFIRMED CUSTOMERS CONCERN OF BRAKES SHUTTERING WHEN BRAKES ARE APPLIED AND FELT IN THE STEERING WHEEL. -UPON FURTHER INSPECTION OF BRAKES FOUND THAT THE PASSENGER SIDE FRONT ROTORS IS WARPED, READING AT 0.003 RUN OUT, INDICATING THAT ROTOR IS WARPED AND BOTH REAR ROTORS ARE READING AT 0.007 RUN OUT, ALSO INDICATING THAT BOTH REAR ROTORS ARE WARPED * ALSO NOTICED THAT WHEN ON TEST DRIVE THERE WAS A SLIGHT CLICKING NOISE WHEN DRIVING. FURTHER INSPECTION OF CLICKING NOISE, FOUND THAT BOTH FRONT ROTORS ARE MISSING SCREWS AND ONLY THE DRIVER SIDE FRONT ROTOR HAS ONE SCREW *AT THIS TIME OF DIAGNOSIS AND DUE TO CUSTOMERS CONCERN OF BRAKE SHUTTERING WHEN BRAKES ARE APPLIED, WOULD RECOMMEND REPLACEMENT OF BOTH FRONT BRAKE PADS AND FRONT ROTORS, BOTH REAR BRAKE PADS AND REAR ROTORS AND BOTH FRONT ROTORS SCREWS (4 TOTAL)
